MSU Community Outreach Volunteers Deliver Care for People with HIV and AIDS in Roi Et

2017-03-01 291

19 February 2017 -- MSU Student Volunteer Group in collaborations with Maha Sarakham Peace and Order Office and local sponsors visited the HIV Patient Care Center, located in Baan Ruam Namchai Watpa Coakrang Village in Sri Somdet District, Roi Et Province, Thailand.

Together with Maha Sarakham Peace and Order Office, we brought the basic necessities and cash, and gave it to members of the HIV/AIDS community in Baan Ruam Namchai Watpa Coakrang Village. The volunteers also took a chance to provide some fun activities and performances as well as to help clean the Center for the patients.

Before parting away, a representative of the HIV Patient Care Center gave an appreciation speech to the volunteers that verbalized how important their acts are to them and how to reduce their risk of contracting the disease.

We would like to thank everyone for their help and support. A big thank you also goes to Maha Sarakham Peace and Order Office; they supported us in so many ways. Thank you very much!
