The Knowledge Management Seminar on Science Park Promotion Agency Knowledge Sharing: Service Platform Held by MSU

MSU University-Industry Cooperation Center and Science Park Promotion Agency (SPA), Thailand Ministry of Science and Technology co-hosted the knowledge management seminar on SPA Knowledge Sharing : Service Platform on 22 May 2017 at Taksila Hotel, Maha Sarakham. 
This year seminar welcomed 85 delegates from 13 Science Parks in Thai universities across 
the country.  
 
The Thailand Science Park (TSP) is a fully-integrated R&D hub for science and technology, managed by the Technology Management Center (TMC) of the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) under the Ministry of Science and Technology.
TSP is a critical part of Thailand's efforts to strengthen its capabilities in research and innovation.  It is established to promote greater innovativeness and encourage more R & D activities within the technology intensive sectors.  
 
“This seminar provides a platform for discussions and sharing of recent advances and best practices in Science Park’s service development,” said Associate Professor Dr. Keartisak Sriprateep, Manager of University Industry Cooperation Center at Mahasarakham Univerisity. “This seminar brings together people from academic who work for Thailand’s science parks
in 3 regions, namely northern, northeastern, and southern regions, to establish closer cooperation and ties, and creation of knowledge based society.”
 
The participants were comprised of administrators and staff from Science Park Promotion Agency at Thailand Ministry of Science and Technology, and Science Park’s Network of Thailand, including MSU-University Industry Cooperation Center. 
 
Established in 2006, MSU-University Industry Cooperation Center links between MSU students, government departments, private enterprise and other educational institutions for the research and development of innovation or products through the use of the best available technological and research resources.
